Through phone, email and questionnaire consultations we can still build tailored monthly workout and nutrition plans with regular support from me.

Here's how it works!
The online training is reviewed on a monthly basis, (I usually recommend that you commit for a minimum of 3 months) during which time you will receive a fully personalised nutrition and training programme, based on your goal, body-type, experience & age, to follow every month.
First of all we'll have a telephone consultation so I can get a clear idea of what it is that you are wanting to achieve, your current training, body type, lifestyle and goals. Depending on what we decide is the best course of action from our phone consultation I will then ask you to fill in a series of questionnaires, this will more than likely include a food diary unless I find that your nutrition is already spot on!
I will then, depending on your needs, design a nutrition and training program tailored to your specific needs. At the end of each month we will review your progress (your honesty is crucial for this to work) and we'll set new programmes for the following month.
Communication is key for results, here are ways we will stay in contact to ensure you're on track:

Something to think about: You MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. Without the benefit of my weekly one to one coaching you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. Therefor if you struggle to self-motivate this may not be the approach for you.
